In 2011, I started my coaching business with a belief that “Women are the water that turns the wheel of the world.” I knew women had immense strength and potential, but I quickly realized something was missing: community.
Despite my passion for coaching, the personal development industry felt isolating. I wanted to create a space where women could not only learn but also share wisdom and support each other in real, meaningful ways. That's why I created Change One Woman.
